Free Confidence with OCPL Library Card
READ/OC learner, Dang got her first library card September 6, 2006. This accomplishment has inspired Dang with new personal confidence. She is no longer scared of signing her name and is extremely happy that she is not scared to spell out her name. For example, Dang returned a call to READ/OC and did not hesitate to spell her name over the phone. This was a big accomplishment. (This is an excerpt from a tutor submitted Monthly Report.)

My first job was working in a muffler factory but that was exhausting. Then, I tried to be a chef because I figured that it would add a little spice to my life but I just didn't have the thyme. My best job was being a musician, but eventually I found I wasn't noteworthy.
Happy Holidays!
Happy Holidays to all, from the Team at READ/Orange County!
